Since higher than 91 Octane Fuel is not available in So Calif, have any of you found Octane Boosters? Also there is a Union 76 station close to me with 100 Cctane racing fuel. If I utilized this, would I install the 93 octane tune and increase spark by 7 degrees?

You could advance the timing when using race fuel, just listen for knock, I advanced my timing a full %10 with no problems, I noticed a big difference in performance as well. I make my own race fuel with an octane rating of 98, this is based on a formula I have, I am not positive this is the actual rating but I sure do get a boost in performance. As a rule, higher octane allows timing advance. In answer to your question you can install 93 tune with no problems! Go for it!! Let us know the result as it helps others who look for same answers.
