U7170 issues with RMA...

I'm not sure if this is the right forum topic to post under or not, but hopefully I can get and answer, because I don't know where else to turn. I purchased a U7170 predator for a customer with a 2002 7.3L. Upon installation I had a problem starting the vehicle due to PATS security issues. I called predator support and recieved an updated CROM file immediately (btw, thank you for the quick support). I installed the recieved CROM file and did not seem to have any problem with loading the file, however when the customer brought his vehicle back to me the next day, I tried to load the predator onto his truck and the screen was blank. I hooked the predator back up to CMR and had a blank screen as well. The CMR software could not read or load files on it like the predator was fried. I called customer support, and they told me to file an RMA request online. I filled out an RMA request over a week ago, and still have not recieved an RMA #. I emailed RMA to check the status of my request last week, have not recieved email back yet, and have left a message with RMA via phone a few days ago, but still have not recieved any feedback. What do I do? I need to tell this customer something...

Please tell me if the tool boots up and shows a bootloader like 'booting ford_7_3'.

Nothing. Blank screen boots up, sort of like if its been out in the sun too long, but its been inside and controlled climate enviroment.

Ok, this tool will need to come in to be repaired, I will contact the rma dept and see if they have processed your request.

OK, I contacted the RMA dept.
he sent you an email with the RMA# on 7-29 at 1:05pm. Maybe check your junk or SPAM folders, as it was sent.

The RMA# is 7532, please write this in large numbers on the outside of the box, and ship to:
