Will adding fuel to the 93 cai performance tune hurt anything even if you don't need it?

no but it won't accomplish anything either. Unless you are showing ST-KR there would be no benifit

Well if you add too much you will run too rich which will in turn reduce the performance

and reduce the life of your cats, and maybe foul your plugs, and .... worst of all, get your exhaust tips covered with unsightly black soot.

Just to let you know, my 93CAI tune was at 11.9-12.4 AFR. With 5% added to the tune the AFR went to 11.7-12.2
