Question on st knk

I have a 2005 300c wth the 5.7 HEMI, I filled up with 93 octane and to be on the safe side i installed the 91 octane CAI tune. This really amkes the car come alive but I have a question about st knk. When i take the car out in the morning and go WOT i show no st knk, at highway speed I'll go WOT and get no st knk this is with the car fully warmed up. On the ride to work after about 20-30 minutes of cruising at highway speed and then getting of the road and hitting WOT a few minutes after getting off the highway I'll see anywhere between 2.5 and 6.0 on st knk. What could be causing this problem? as i see st knk nowhere else, its only after i get off the highway.
