Charging System Fault

After I installed the performance tune in my 02 Vette I am getting a CHARGING SYSTEM FAULT message when I first crank my car. It did it the very first time I cranked it after the tune was put in and then went away.
I drove it then and parked it for a hour or so and it didn't do it when I cranked it again then. I cranked it today and it did it again. Charging system appears to be charging correctly according to the guage. Anyone ever had this problem? must be something in the tune that needs correcting. Should I send my tuner back in for repair?

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, then reattach, should clear it up.
