06 Auto ?

06 Auto ?
I tried loading my lil bro's 7131 Predator on a buddies truck which is an 06 auto with the R14 but with no luck. It said the vehicle was not in the database or something but I believe it has the same cal id as my bro's 06 6 speed.
2003 Dodge 2500 Cummins, 6-speed, straight pipe, DS Predator and puck, K&N Cai

If I do that I will loose shift on the fly right? In my lil bros truck the R14 does great.
