rev 9.01 and 9.04

2006 F150 V6

When I had the rev 8.31 in the Preditor. Was able to retreive a Log File from the preditor and Update it with rev 9.04

After update can no longer retreive Log Files. Loaded rev 9.01 and also can not retieve log file. In both situations the I get a Failed message.

I also can not retieve My Original Back Up. I haven't tried that before.

The PC has XP and I am using a Serial Cable, not the USB Adapter.

Any help?

Sounds like an issue with the cable...

Mikel,

Can you better explain issue with the cable since I can Download a rev, but can not retrieve the Original Back Up from the Preditor.
Also this is the cable that I ordered when buying the preditor.
just looking for some explaination B4 buying a new cable.
