E85 2006 300C 5.7

Post by robsrkt »

Is anyone running a Predator using an E85 conversion kit on a Hemi 5.7 or 6.1 Engine?

I'm interested in making the conversion myself and adding the Predator to my list of goodies and I'd like to know if anyone has had any issues or successes they'd like to post.

thanks.

Andy at DynotuneUSA has been doing E85 tunes...no need for a conversion kit, dont waste your moolah.

Andy is good, other CMR Tuners can do it if they know what they are doing, I had mine done in Elk River MN and it works GREAT! Better HP/TQ than my custom gas tune and cheaper in dollars per mile driven, but I am lucky to be able to buy E-85 at $2.80/gal.

Yes, in most areas E-85 is far cheaper than racing gas it contains from 105-110 Octane. Here in the upper midwest E-85 is going for $2.7-2.9/gal right now.
