i have a U7194 programmer (latest revision r9.05) that you would need. ill sell you mine. this is bull not having transmission support. not a full meal deal programmer. if your interested. ill sell it.

No there is no TCM support for you model yet, which means that you can not adjust shift points. Can not remove tq mgmt, on the tranny side, but as Canuck mentions on the engine side it is removed.

Again, I don't get it. Do ya REALLLLLY want to take the TM out of a truck??? It really puts a lot more strain on the drivetrain than in a lighter vehicle. Altering shift points: OK, I can see the beneift there.

Let me also say, as TCM support was promised by DS some 18-24 months ago, and not yet delivered, I AGREE that it should be available (TM), whether ya want it or not.

To say the tuner "worthless" without TM is also a stretch. My truck runs quite well, thank you. There is a very noticable improvement from stock, and the shifting is MUCH firmer than the "spoon in yogurt" shifting it had from the factory.

So the Engine side TM is reduced significantly in the tunes. Yes, the delays are removed/reduced as well.

well with a 6.0 rated at 367 hp at the crank. i know it dont put down that much. i want to burn the tires off. if i run 30 and nail it i want it to set u back in the seat without delay. it sucks now cause it feels like u just ease into the pedel

Yeah, TCM is not going to allow you to make any more power nor is it going to improve mileage, both of which the Predator can and will do, which to me makes it a pretty good product.

Thanks

The 6.0 makes a solid 300 rwhp bone stock...with our 93 octane tune we see 325 at the wheels...thats a healthy gain for sure.

if it cant handle it without torque management its nothing but a pile. these stock engines arent going to bust anything on the drivetrain. TCM NEEDS TO BE OUT. if its been two years and still no support... cant see it coming at all now. probably have to buy their new trinity deal to have it all.

In a word....yes!! If GM wants to hedge their extended warranty bets on a marginal transmission application, fine; but I don't have to put up with it. My '08 Av performs much better without the TM and I don't abuse it. If DS ever gets their stuff together perhaps you'll have the opportunity to understand what I'm talking about. Getting rid of TM and maintaining a warranty backup cost me (part of which was the loss I took on resale of a brand new U7194), but the result was worth every single dime.

I am so lost here....."I dont abuse my truck but I want TM gone".....???

If you do not abuse the truck, TM has NEVER reared its ugly head on you, so why do you want it gone?
Its my guess based on that statement that you dont even know why you want TM removed other than the fact that you currently cant remove it.
