2004 F150 Lightning

Christmas is coming up. Is the lb/min from each injector at 5700rpm fall within the .7lb/min at 39psi limit of 42's? If so, I will go ahead a try the new pulley tune.

I do have one other option and that is get Kenny Bells boost a pump. I believe it will increase the pressure a bit by driving the duel fuel pumps at 110%.

Yeah .708 @ 5700rpm Throw it on there.... The boost a pump would be a good idea though. Then you wouldn't be working your injectors so hard. Keep in mind that's "IF" this thing is really efficient that makes these calculations valid. If it's only at 110% VE you have more room. Try and datalog....

Brian,

Whoaaa... Ran real strong with 5400_shift_tune_114_pulley.frg tune. could not hook it up what so ever. The roads were slightly damp. Outside temperature was about 80° F.

The A/F was in the low 12 to 12.6... but let me make another run before modifying tune

I will be running around noon and will attach the log file shortly there after. I will have a passenger to help monitor the A/F, fuel pressure and boost which will be listed with the log file.

Brian,

The Log file is attached
A/F range 11.6 - 12.1 (during run was closer to 12.1)
Fuel pressure at rail - 52 PSI solid
Boost ~ 15 psi at 1-2 shift 17 psi at 2-3 shift

1st to second command signal is staritng at ~5000 RPM - could pick some more boost if I can get tha command to shift to 2nd at 5400 RPM
