if i install like performance air intake or cat back do i have to re adjust the LTFT

Most likely Yes. CAI lets more air in, exhaust lets it out, so that will change the air fuel mixture. Monitor/log, adjust.

Luckily for my car, the stock airbox flows pretty good based on dyno tune graphs that I have seen. So that's why I decided to keep it and not get a CAI. The trucks/SUVs may benefit more from an aftermarket CAI. I had a Lingenfelter CAI on my 05, and didn't really notice any difference, except for the cool "sucking" sound......lol. Of course, I was running the stock tune on it, so it may have benefitted from the extra air if I had gotten a tune.....don't really know. I'm just going by what I have heard and seen on the dyno graphs.
