Brian,

Mike sent me the 5700_shift_tune.frg initially. If it was you who modified the part throttle shift points, I think it definitely should be a standard in your canned tunes.

The additional tuning modifications you made on the above tune have been working quite well. The WOT shifts occur faster and causes the tires to bark between 1-2 and 2-3.

The 100 octane modification to this tune was a real kick.

You definitely know what you are doing.

I look forward in continuing our work. I know there is a lot more power you can squeeze out of my Lightning

jg04lightning, due to the nature of our work we always have new "must do" updates and tasks needed that come out of nowhere. Because of this we cannot give definitive dates or ETA's on any of our stuff. Sucks but that is just the way it is. I have an 01 Lightning and JohnC has a Cobra. Trust me, we want it too.

This sounds like a top down issue in the DiabloSport organization, but I am glad to see at least it is on your's and JohnC's want list as well. I will give it some time and if I have not seen any update threads, I will ping you just to let you know I am still interested in the upgrade program.

BTW, do you still have the stock bottom end in your 01 lightning?

We are closer than ever to offering this upgrade program. Should not be too long now, couple weeks likely before it is implemented, and we will share full details of the program right here on the forum following a formal announcement.

And to answer for Kev, yes, he still has a stock bottom end in the truck, running in the low 11's.
