Code question P0460, P0463 both fuel level sensor in E-350 U

I know the obvious answer to the meaning of this code, a bad sending unit. Is this the only possibility or could it be a code the tuner throws. The customer is worried and is not going to use it anymore until he knows for sure, but I hate to send him to the stealership if it's the tuner, anyone had a similar problem, and come up with a fix?

P0460 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0461 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0462 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Low Input
P0463 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Input

Not something the programmer did from what I can see. What part number is this and the revision?
