Newbie DeltaChip question 98 Mustang

I just bought a 98 Saleen S281 and it is equiped with a Delta Chip (I think) guy I bought it from said it had a "flip chip" but didn't know much more.

It has a three position sw. in the glove compartment and is set in center pos. The car is mostly stock with a Vortech V2 (5psi.) Can anybody tell me more about this? Like what the settings are for each position? It's a non-led switch.

You'd need to contact whomever tuned the chip to see what is on it.
