Hello,
Is the OEM Steeda program ( v. 8r37 ) sufficient for the Steeda CAI as well as the Steeda Axle back Exhaust and UDP I also have on the car? ('05 Mustang GT) Or would I need a custom tune? Also I'm planning on putting in 4.10's in the rear at some point. Would I need a tune after the gears, or just recalibrate the gear ratio.

That tune will work great, and the Predator will allow you to correct the speedo for the gears, no problem.
