revolution chip on 04 sc gt

im running the diablosport revolution chip on my 04 gt with a paxton sc,the last owner of the car did all the job and i learned that the chip thats black its been tuned by a shop,the car its running 8lbs of boost and i want to swap my blower pulley to get like 2lbs more,so my question is: do i need to retune the car? can that chip be reflash?,and any guess on prices to reflash it,i would really like to keep that chip since im happy with the tune,and theres mods on the car like the fuel pump etc. that i have no clue what kind is it,and that chip has all the info on the car.

The chip can be reflashed, but it can only be read by the dealer that initially flashed it, so I would attemp to contact them for a retune.

thanks so much mike,too bad that the dealership i bought it from, had no idea about the mods on the car besides the blower,
so im trying everywhere to figure out who was the last owner,or at least who tuned the car
