In our town, no one has 93 octane. 92 is rare, 91 is common. I'm using the 91 Pulley Tune, but would like to use the 93 before I end up with a custom dyno tune. But I'm concerned about octane. I've read there is a Turbo108 Octane Booster and also a Turbo 108 Facing Fuel Concentrate that can be added to the tank to get a more more octane points. Does anyone have advice or from experience would recommend an octane boosting additive? I need it simple, at fill up, open bottle, dump in tank, toss empty bottle, fill up with gas and wallah, 93+ (or better) octane gas that's reasonably priced. Any help? Thank you.

I like the LUCAS octane booster and the LUCAS fuel conditioner

I'm not positive, but as far as octane tunes I would think the octane rating is a "minimum." The S197's can run on 87, which Ford recommends. I personally put 89 in mine, I'd rather not chance ping at high R's. But the car doesn't run any worse or substantially better if I put 91 in it.
Here in LV Rebel "76" stations carry 100 octane race fuel. If you have a 76 or rebel station in your area you might try to look for the 100 octane and try that. Worse case, you're 7 octane points higher than you're required to be. I don't trust most additives. LUCAS is a good brand though.

Thanks. I bought some Turbo 108 octane booster and will try that. Can't hurt anything I guess. I wanted to boost the octane and use the 93 pulley tune, but I think I'm going to invest in a dyno tune and see how that goes.
