I got my 2006 Daytona Charger R/T on the dyno and I got 316 hp and 371 torque. My mods include volant ram air intake, 180 degree thermostat, throttle body spacer, flowmaster ehaust, catch can, and predator 93 cai intake tune. The guy that tuned my car really did not have an clue what he was doing. He leaned out my last two fuel settings which raised my average horsepower. I wanted to see if anyone has similar mods what are your fuel settings and spark settings?
thanks,
spitte

it should be at 11.5 to 12.2 anything else is a waste of time
by the way whats your quarter mile time, see what pisses me off is people try to say they know how to use a dyno and set a cmr tune and people like you get screwed. i bet you signed the papper that said were not reliable if we blow your car up on the dyno then what do you do and you spen anywhere from 250 to 500 dollars on a tune wow tthis world is about cheaters and money stealers see i could said il charge you 250 to set a cmr
aka chip master revolution tune but just set up your settings and you wouldnt know the difference id love to go to some places like for instant which i got a tune he locked supposeably so noone can give the tune guess what he locked cause he dont want people to see what he did ,he didnt use a cmr lol i should do this for ds and weed out bad dealers
resaon how i know is cause i have a friend that had his emailed to him and it was locked he didnt do anything to it other then set wot fuel on a 9r08
to +5+11+11 and then charge him a but load of money il talk to mike litchl
on that guy tommorrow peace hope you learned your lesson
ask mike at ds who good in your neighbor hood just dont go to a tuner cause he saids he can do it, see im good with hemis im lerning mustangs, and ls1's but i would tell my customers im only good with hemis not the mustang or ls1 im still learning well give her a try but im not charging a ton youll be my tester thats all they need to say peace hope this long story helps lol

On the middle fuel setting it is lean 4% and 2% lean on the final setting. My spark was only advanced one degree but last night I updated to the latest update and left it alone. What are you spark and fuel settings at? I don't remember what my fuel/air was but the guy said it was right where it needed to be. I just have seen plenty of other people with the same mods and they have about 20 more horsepower. My torque is great at 371 but 316 horsepower just seemed a little low. What are your thoughts on the cmr tunes that you can get by e-mail?

316 and 371 are huge numbers for those mods, especially the torque, almost a little too much.
Most people are under the notion that leaner is better, not so for the HEMI's, they like mid to low 12's afr.

Well looking at the dyno when he leaned out the fuel on the last two settings it did not make any more hp or torque but it did rasie the average hp and torque. I tried to talk to another guy on the charger forums and all he has is a cai, 180 degree thermostat, and a custom cmr tune and this is what he says his numbers are.
328.62 HP and 374.41 TQ so I am trying to figure out why my hp is not as high and I have the throttle body spacer as well as the flowmaster eshaust. He says that he got his CMR tune from www.dtpracing.com
I am happy with my torque don't get me wrong I am just trying to figure out why I have about 12 less HP and I have two more bolt ons over this guy on the charger forums.
thanks,
spittle

it all depends on dynos. there are mustang dynos and dynojets; and also handhelds like a gtech or the dynlious all bullshit imo, plus depends and weather.plus it depends on where in the world he was like perciptation,
was it raining,
was it winter time, sumer fall whever
all these take in acount dynos make a defrences maybe yours or theres where calibrated wrong
most important was he lieing to u does he have the same mods or does he really have them rwhp numbers leaning a hemi out is dangerous my 2 cents peace
