u7135 help!

I just purchased a u7135 i plug it in to update the unit and the screen lights up green but no words come up on the screen? I can do the crom update with no problems but still no words on the screen. Just lights up green. I bought it an hour ago. Help.

there's a knob on the back of the unit, it's for the screen/display Contrast... with the predator powered up, try turning that knob to see if anything appears on the screen.

I didnt see a contrast knob on the back. Do you have a picture or something? there is a hole with what looks to be a phillips head screw in it. Is this the contrast knob you are talking about?

That was it. Thanks a lot. I would post a sticky that the contrast screw is on the back of the unit and that it may need to be adjusted. I looked at every manual and never read anything about a contrast adjustment. So if it is in there it wasn't easy to find. Thanks again.
