U7136 the server reported an erorr. please contact diablospo

I just received ( three days ago) U7136 Predator, and I was happy, but I got shocked when I attached the Predator to my car to get this message: the server reported an error. please contact diablosport or try again later, so please if there is any solution in the coming days let me know otherwise I will return the device back ,I wish if I read the forum before ordering this device.
When I ordered this device I read about it was clearly mentioned that this is the appropriate device for my car, and this is not away to treat the customer as fool to pay and wait for weeks for the shipment, then the device is not working because it requires an update.

Therefore, either DiabloSport provide a solution immediately or refund me.

You should have read this forum first. Then you would have known that the newer '08 3.5's aren't supported. Join our club, some of us have been waiting for months for the update...

contact the dealer where you purchased it from, they are the only way you can get a refund.
