2008 Ford F350 Not compatible

Customer restored the original back-up to take it in for service. Now the predator displays not compatible with truck. I believe the dealership reflashed the computer because of a turbo complaint. Does this change the ID that the tuner uses to mary to the vehicle?

Yes, they updated the calid to a newer one that is not yet supported.
It will be added in the next revision for the U7164.
