Brought Truck to Dealership.... Erased Code ? What now?

I have a 2005 Ford F 250 Turbo Diesel. I had the chip installed about year and half. I had some problems. Truck turned off while I was driving. Had it towed to dealership and they couldn't do anything to it without getting it back to original specs. They erased my code. I tried to install it again and it reads that it is not matching the last code written. Is there anything I can do ?

Fax us the work order from the dealer showing it was reflashed, and then call with the tool powered up so we can take care of it for you.

Please call within 1/2 hour of faxing the paperwork.
