2008 6.4 EXTREME PUCK QUESTION

i HAVE A 2008 F250 6.4 WITH ABOUT 55,000 MILES USING THE PREDATOR SPORT U7164 FOR THE MOST OF THAT TIME. MY QUESTION CONCERNS THE EXTREME PUCK. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THIS STACKING IT UP WITH THE PREDATORU7164 (with the latest update)? MILEAGE, HP. THANKS JOE (sorry about the caps didnt notice until now)
Aso my Corporate office is in Delray Beach.Can people stop by and discuss different tunes or applications?

You'll have an extra 100 HP available at the turn of a switch, plus another 2-3 MPG on top.

Our facility is not generally open to the public, here in Delray is basically just R&D.

I just want to make sure i understand you rightI will have an additional 100hp on top of whatever tune I'm using? I'll buy one Tonight if thats correct. Thanks again

Yes, if you are running a Hot tune like the 160 in the Pred, it may be more like 90 or so extra HP, but it will add some real power that you will be able to feel.

The general run has been 60% of the second devise. Is this just sales BS or will it really make 100 hp on top of the 160 tune?

I'd guess its more along the lines of 80-90%.

We'll be testing a stacked 6.4 in the coming weeks, I'll let you all know what we find.

On my roommates 6.0, we have run the Puck at 100hp on top of a custom 120 hp tune with 35 pounds of boost (studded motor!!), and let me tell you....it will roast all 4 tires coming out of the hole in 4WD!

I went to 2 different Diablo dealers today to buy a Extreme puck in Orlando today but no one had the one for my truck(Very Disappointing) at one of the stores the saleman there called his supplier to see if he could get one today and then told me that I would only get about 30HP more using The Extreme Puck stacked with my predator because the injectors can only deliver so much Diesel. I then called Diablo to question this and they told me the same as you in your reply to my first message. They also told me to email JOHAN for some other questions I had. I hope I have better luck finding a Extreme Puck Tomorrrow.

Curious who told you to call Johan, he does not tune Fords.

The extreme puck for the 6.4 just came out this week, so it may not be on dealer shelves for a couple days.

you can make 500 rwhp on the 6.4 with tuning only, so I cant see how it will only support 30 more hp...thats weak.

I bet it makes at least 80-90 extra...
