Lack of support for later calids!

I have a 2 year old Predator with calid 05073548aj and I added the Puck a few weeks ago so I could try the custom stack tunes. Then I loaded the latest (9r03) rev into the Predator and the post r28 05xxx stack puff tunes. I've been going nuts for two weeks trying to get the custom tune into my truck (with no success) and now tech support tells me it won't work cuz there's no custom tunes for my calid yet. They say there will be customs tunes in the future to support my later calid. So now I have $500+ in Diablo hardware that can't use custom tunes... GGRRRRR! You guys are making me wish I never heard of Diablo Sport. Diablo advertises how great their Products are so I think it's only fair to advertise what the support is like. The point is... I saw the custom stack tunes in the list and bought the Puck solely for that use and now they don't work!

Thank you! When I DL the post r28 05xxx stack puff tunes (I have 9r03) into my Predator and go to put in into my truck I get a screen that says the tune calid is 05073543aj. Tech support told me I'm SOL with my 05073548aj calid Predator! Craig

OK, but I don't understand the calid issues. I have a 2yr old Predator that was origonally r21 or r22 (then r29 about 1 yr ago and now 9r03 a few weeks ago) and isn't supported by the latest custom tunes. Someone at Diablo told me the Pred calid stays the same as revs are updated so how could I have such an old Predator with a calid that's ahead of the latest custon tunes calid? Would I have been OK if I would have stayed with an older rev... was there an older rev that I could have used all the custom tunes for that rev? Did this problem exist with the Predator pre r28 revs/pre r28 custom tunes and the Predator r29 rev/post r28 custom tunes? Is it only 9r03 that doesn't have supporting custom tunes? Can I somehow go back to a rev that has matching custom tunes? Craig

Graham, have you tried to dl any custom tunes? What rev do you have? Maybe you have a calid that works with them. I don't know if the rev matters but I'd try to DL custom tunes for your rev before updating the rev, just to see if it works at all. It's too late for me... I didn't try to DL custom tunes til I already had 9r03 and I can't go backwards in revs. I'd still like to know if custom tunes would have worked with my calid but with an earlier rev. Please let me know what calid and rev you have, if custom tunes work for you. Craig

I did download the custom tunes to the tuner, However when the tuner is hooked up to the truck the tuner said that custom tune has a call Id of something other than what my truck had so custom tune cannot be used. I had 9r02 and it wouldn't work on my truck at all since my truck had been recently updated by dodge. The 9r03 works great EXCEPT for not being able to use custom tunes. I have the puck as well so i feel like I'm missing out on the Performance stack and RKL tunes. Johan did address the problem of predator not working on my truck, and I'm greatful for that. But I HAVE been being patient. I had the predator for almost 3 months before I could actually use it... Now I can use most of it, Just not everything it's capable of. So Johan I'm trying to be patient, and have never been rude... just don't forget about us please..

That's the same thing mine does but Dodge never updated anything on mine. I want the perf stack. too. Tow stack is not enough and extreme stack is too much. I see Diablo is taking orders for the hemi ram tuner so maybe it won't be too much longer for us. BTW, we should get the puff stack group with rev 9r03. Craig
