2006 gt predator update

Post by bigblu97 »

hi everyone. i have a problem with my predator. well this is what happend. i've had my 06 mustang gt for 3 month and it had a bunch of stuff on it including the predator. the car started acting funny after i cleaned my air filter. i have a cold air system. so i took the car to the ford dealer and i installed the factory tune before i took it there. they changed the MAF sensor. it was still acting funny. i tried to install my tune back on and it wont let me. i took it to mustang specialties, a cool guy there named JOHN took care of me but this is the problem, the dealer installed a new update in my car that diablo doesn't have a program for that update yet. the updater on diablo is the (U7170 Stang 05-9r02) but John told me that for me to install my tune back i need an updater from diablo (U7140 STANG 05-9r03). does anybody know when that update will be available? cause my car is running like crap right now without the tune. John says to install the stock air elbow and the car will run good till the update is available but i dont have the stock elbow. thanks . Pedro

OK, that is a new calibration from Ford.
We'll be adding it to the next revision we release for the U7140, so keep an eye out for that release.

Thanks
