U7136 Updates

I got the new crom file v9r03 and installed it to my predator

Now I still cannot connect to the server to do the calibration update....

I get "The server reported an unknown error. Please try again later or contact DiabloSport support."

try loading ds downloader and clicking on "express tune" on the bottom middle tab. then - "send crom file to tool". should work

I already installed the new crom file to my predator. I still can't do the calibration update that the DSdownloader says is needed...

yea mine is working in my car with no problem. try calling tech support bighatch cause i am at a loss. may be a defective unit

Are you behind a router or direct connection to your modem?

Have you turned off the windows firewall and and other software firewalls and antivirus software

I'm behind a router and I have antivirus and firewall disabled...
I have downloaded and installed the new DSdownloader program, also the new crom file and uploaded that to the predator but DSdownloader says I need a calibration update and that won't work.... "server error"???

my guess would be your router is blocking you. If possible plug directly into your modem and bypass the router. If thats not possible maybe you can enable DMZ on your router temporarily which will make it wide open. Im not sure what ports you may or may not need to forward to use the DS DOWNLOADER or I would sya do that so you can use it at any time

OK, this is weird....

For the hell of it, I plugged the predator into my car and everything fired up and it worked! I loaded the "Perf91oct" tune.

Then when I plugged it back into the PC and ran the DSdownloader, connected the predator, the calibration update was not required anymore???

So I think I'm OK now???

I just have to go and get the 91 oct gas first thing tomorrow...
