Can't set axle ratio right...

I was reprogramming my truck and I believe that my truck has the 3.55 gears in it (it's an 02 f-150 with a 4.6L) and the closest gears to it was a 3.54.. How do i fix this?

It says 3.54 because of the decimal places.... Use that it will work for you...

does this have anything to do with performance of the truck like as in it wont make it run any better or any worse right?
