I've a 2008 F450, with original/factory flash. My U7164 with original crom (as shipped last May) was working nicely (tow tune). Friday I downloaded the 9r05 crom, restored original tune to truck, updated the Predator, and re-tuned the truck for tow. This was in anticipation of a truck reflash...

Two issues-- cruise control is disabled with new tune, and mileage has dropped about 1 mpg highway. Restoring factory tune restored cruise control; retuning with the new tow tune (or the economy) disabled cruise again. I'm now back to factory.

Will try the u7164-9t05c crom, posted in another thread, assuming that works with the un-reflashed truck. In any event, lack of cruise control is a true trip-stopper for me, so please add me to the list of those who really need a fully functional update. As an alternative, since I've not had the truck reflashed, I'd be happy to reload my original crom file were it still available.

Duncan,
I talked to you on the phone. The tuner is looking into this issue. In the mean time I emailed the 9r02 to you since you did not have the truck updated at the dealership.
