Qustion on Engine start with the Octane 91 tune Loaded?

Hi Everyone,

Newbie here. I just registered my Diablo tuner and have used the Octane 91 tune on my Dodge Charger 3.5 SE. I have a couple of questons:

1) Has anyone noticed their car starting differently from cold? It is difficult to explain, but it seems as if there is some throttle as the car starts. it's not a clean start as with the stock tune? Does that make sense?

2) Is there a detailed manual for all the menus and options in the Diablo tuner? Preferrably with the explanation of what each option means and does? Sorry, complete newbie here.

By the way I also have the AFE Stage II Dry CAI and the Zoomers True Duals installed.

You should update your unit to 9r03 revision, there where fixes in the tunes for high rpm starts.

My Diablo tuner came with revision 9r02. Does the 9r03 update also apply to the 2006 Charger models? Forgot to mention the year.

I should be receiving my Diablo power supply and usb cable in the next few days. I'd appreciate any help on updaing the device. Also can someone point me to some posts regarding the other applications on this site and how to use them?

I have a couple of question regarding the update 9r03. Are there any benefits for the Dodge Charger 3.5 2006? Also I've read about issues with the ESP with this update. True or False? or any explanations?

Also just repeating my question from my first post about whether a detailed explanation of the options in the Diablo tuner exist for a newbie. The only thing that I understand from the options is the size of the tyres. I don't want to mess with the options without some prior knowledge?

Well, been reading the threads on this forum for about two hours now trying to find posts with some information for my device. I hope I found the right and most updated information here:

Found the big post about the issue with the 9r03 and how long some V6 owners have been waiting for the update. I'm also a V6 owner unaffected by this issue at the moment because I have the 2006 model and dealers haven't updated my PCM but I do worry if they do when I take my car for the service next.

johan or mikel I got my cables yesterday for the Diablo tuner. Just need an explanation or confirmation or (lack there of) regarding the ESP issue?
