custom tune can't be used in vehicle

I just loaded 9r04 hoping to finally be able to use custom tunes. When I start thru the predator menu getting ready to install the custom tune... I get this message " The custom tune CALID is 12235010ag, but the vehicle has CALID 12305053AI. Custom tune cannot be used on vehicle." this is the same message 9r03 used to display. The custom tune I downloaded was the Post r28. 12xxx_stack_puff_toons.drd. What am I doing wrong, or is it my truck? I noticed the custom tune cal id is lowercase and vehicle calid is uppercase on the predator. probably means nothing but looked strange.

Mike sent 9t04a to me and that one worked but I still had to load a regular Pred tune first then the custom tune on top of it. Try a canned tune first. There's a lot more about that in the "7130 updated" thread.
1. Load a canned tune.
2. DL the custom tune from your puter.
3. Flash the custom tune to your truck over the canned tune.
