acascianelli, You can datalog the knock sensors in Diagnostics, Realtime Data under the WOT menu. Choose select from list and pick RPM, Load, Spark Advance, KS1 and KS2, then save a log of a run while you hear the noise. When done logging you can play it back on the Predator or upload it to your PC. If you see the KS Pids increase to the thousands rapidly then you may have some knock. I have seen many aftermarket parts cause rattles or noise that can set them off as well. If you have the cables to upload the log to the PC I can take a look at them for you.

Question for Kevin or Mike
I did data log and the KS Pids went from 300s (at idle) to 2000 at highest?(5000 RPM). I tried to load data log into computer but the software keeps saying an error occured and it shuts down so I can't send it to you. Does this sound like detonation, or do you think I'm just hearing things? You may need more info to answer this. I only hear the sound during shifting, mainly 2-3 gear (manual). See quote from another post below. I feel like the car runs fine, except for that noise. Thanks for your help.
RE: Question for Kevin or Mike
jbpt1970, 2000 is not very high if the car is modded. I have seen some cars hit 8000+ when they have an exhaust rattle or something is rubbing causing a vibration. You really need to see what the reading is when it makes the noise to fully diagnose it. You should be able to see if the KS reading spikes rapidly when the noise happens. Log RPM, TP Mode and load at the same time so you can see when you are shifting on the datalog. I can tell what audible detonation sounds like so it usually isn't a problem. You may want to pull the plugs to see if they look ok, they can show detonation as well.
I think the noise I hear is something loose under the car. It's like a rattle after I shift into either 2nd or 3rd gear. I heard it while driving in a parking garage with the windows down and it didn't sound like knock. Does anyone know if the 05 mustang GT has any thing under it that may become loose and rattle with vibration? Thanks
