New Update for U7165 trans shifting hard?

I installed the latest revision for the U7165 on my 2004 F250 yesterday, and have put it through the 5 cold starts and the transmission is still shifting really hard mostly through 1&2 and 2&3. What should i do? Thanks

We did not experience any rough shifting issues during testing with these tunes.
I'll look into it with our tuners to see if there were any changes made to the shifting parameters.

This is an old trick for Torque shift trans but it could work: This tranny has to learn the new power it's getting so, from a dead stop accelerate to 85MPH and back to 0 using 1/4 throttle only. Repeat the same procedure with 1/2, 3/4 and full throttle.
