There are two kinds of DTCs: Generic and Manufacturer Specific DTCs. Generic DTC is used by all manufacturers and manufacturer specific DTC is for a specific make.

i received my U7194 from ADM performance 2 days ago. Andy told me it would turn off the AFM. he said he uploaded the software before he shipped it to me. i specifically told the only reason i wanted it was so i could turn off the AFM. well, here is the message from the Diablo" parameters are not available for this vehicle transmission combination 2 " by now i am moderately pissed.i also did not receive a patch cord to connect to the diablo. i went to radio shack. bought the cord for $43 came home and trird to down load from the web site.this down load format is not supported by my XP operating system. now I am really pissed.Andy says it is out of his hands. I have to contact diablo which is closed on weekends. now i am furious. I am ready to smash this f****ng thing against the wall. all I want is for it to turn off the AFM. please give me a solution.

yeah... they shouldn't have updated it, cuz there's an issue with the current revision, and with the latest GM flash update that sounds like was done to your car... it's not a recognized calibration id yet...

will have to wait for a new update from diablo...

if i had known they were so unreliable, i never would have bought the piece of SHIT. Thanks ANDY, you really should have better product knowledge. i will be sending the MF back to him.
