Post by lindjung »

hi, i purcahsed a predator for my v6 chrysler 300, from a forum member on another site, he had already unmarried it from his car, (he did it in front of me) as we met locally, but whenever i boot up the predator, whether plugged into the car or not, it says "update did not finish. press the center key to update calibration. if i press the center key it shows an hour glass for about 15-20 mins than it says calibration update failed, i tried everything and it just wont work.

You need to give it back to your buddy and get your money back, that is not right.

The tool is under warranty to the original owner, I would highly suggest you ask him to send it in for you to be checked out.

and no, there is nothing YOU can do with it... the only option is to get your money back from the guy, or have HIM send it back to diablosport with the proper supporting documentation showing he was the original purchaser of it, and he can get it fixed for no charge...
