Tune or etc issue

05 4.0l v6 mustang 7140 on it.

Only mods are k&N fipk and short tube headers.

Wrench icon is on and throwing p2106 throttle actuator control system- forced limited power.

I am trying to figure out if its the the etc system messed up or something in the tune itself. Any ideas?

v.8r36 but a custom tune on it...if i write a stock tune the the predator and upload it to the car it throws the wrench.

ok, this last post is confusing. What tune causes the failsafe??

If he loads the stock tune as a custom and flashes it to the car, it causes failsafe.
I asked him on the phone to update this tool to the 9r crom to see if the problem goes away.
