You replied to my post, BUT still having same problems, the Predator is already updated with the R17 code. Is there someway to remove the CURRENT backup in the predator? I need to backup the newly flashed F-350 Code from the dealer? As it stands right now there is no way to back it up? I would prefer to use the 60HP Code from the Diablo as it give much better fuel economy than the FORD Defaults. But before I can do this I need to backup the NEW PCM Flash.

If your truck was reflashed by Ford, and the 'Last tune written' reads original backup, the tool should save the data no problem.
I kinda feel like we are not communicating so well here, can I get you to give me a call here at the office with the tool powered up in the truck so we can try to figure this out.

Just for confirmation, When the Tool states "Last tune Written" Original Backup... IS this the Backup that is currently in the VEHICLE or the Tool? IF, it is the Tool then we may have a problem, BUT if it is the Vehicle then I would agree that it should work..... I guess I should relate the problem here in a bit more detail... Approx. 2 months ago my vehicle was stolen and when it was stolen my original Tool was also taken. After I got the vehicle back I also had the tool replaced too, BUT I believe that when the vehicle was brought back I have reason to believe that the Vehicle / Tool was used and I think that the Truck was flashed up. When I got the "New" Predator I tried to backup the truck and the "Flash Up" that may have been in the truck may have also been backed up instead of the original Ford Defaults?.... So the backup that the Tool may have had in it may be a 60HP instead of the FORD Defaults?... I hope I am explaining this correctly to you?.... So bottom line is this, can whatever backup that may be in the Tool be erased so that the NEW Original FORD Backup be put back into it?.....
