u7170 shifts hard and engine light comes on wont start in co

just bought programmer brand new not cheap installed wouldnt start 15 degrees took off truck started warmed up and reinstalled started drove truck engine light came on and shifted very hard. called for support man told me to download some thing i have no clue man very unhelpful just spent almost 400 on a fancy piece of plastic please help

What revision is on your predator? When you power it up it's on the top right corner something liek 7r19dz?

v.9r03 this is my second predotor same part # and everything i loved it. it worked perfect but sold truck. and to ensure it was not my new truck i borrowed my old predator back and it worked perfect thanks for the help.

I am also having some issues with cold start on the 85 & 110 programs. Haven't tried the tow. Truck starts normally when returned to stock (or if I plug in the block heater). I am not throwing any codes or CES lights.

What codes are you throwing??

Brian (shofast94) has been analyzing my cold start issues, maybe more info will help isolate what's going on.

i figured out how to download v9r04 truck starts and shifts awsome but still have engine light coming on delete it and drive about 20 feet and its back on p306 keep alive memory error

You ahve to complete a drive cycle then it should go away for you.
