Need a tune for smog

Hi i have a 2001 Chevy Z28 camaro. I live in smog free California and I need a tune to pass smog. I have the following mods: Pacesetter Lts, with rear O2 simulators, Y pipe with cheap cats, Built 4l60E with a 4000 vigilante stall with 3.23 gears. I would appreciate any help anybody can offer. Not sure a tune is going to help as much as proper equipment that will actually pass.
Those O2 sims may get you in trouble, do you throw codes without them?
If so, you may need better cats to make it work.

I've never tried to taking them off. It doesn't throw and emissions codes before tuning with the diablo it would throw the code associated with having a stall. I haven't tried smogging it yet. I'm affraid of not passing the sniffer. thanks
