7137 Partial throttle trans shifting blows.

I tried the trans changes tonight. Did not seem to change anything. I thought I saw 3rd gear hold longer under normal pedal, could have just been me though. I have no idea why 5th would be labeled 4p in the file. Maybe 4th is 4p and the one labeled 4 is acutally 5th?? We had a disscusion on this on my other truck forum. Who knows really.

We need a test pig to run some drastic changes on to see what is what.

This below is a thought from another truck owner on the other forum. It makes sense, but thinking how dodge thinks, it makes no sense at all.....

"It appears that 2P and 4th both use the 4C (clutch), and they are the only gears that use 4C. Changes from normal 2nd to 2nd P, and 4th to 5th, only differ in that they go from the 2C to the 4C. I believe following that train of thought the 4Prime should be 4th, and 4th should be 5th., unless they just gave them, arbitrary numbers, following no logic."

Yeah a new update with this fix would be awesome.

Really my only complaints are how long it takes to shift down when i put it to the floor and upshifting when it should be down shifting. Full throttle runs are awesome though.

Its close guys. Its almost perfect.

Same here guys, the upshifts seem better but trying to downshift this pigs is terrible. I'm still trying to get rid of the split second no throttle at WOT shifts. Seems like I still have a ton of TM on my 08.

Do you think the 5th gear was left out of the software? I mean Diablo/CMR is a reverse enginered package from the factory hex/binary written controller code correct?
