RE: 2007 chevy- no performance gain
have you driven it for about 75 miles yet??? will get better as the settings get relearned by the ECM...
also, do some logging and get your fuel trims dialed in correctly... here's info:

Could try reinstalling the tune. Maybe some of the settings didn't take properly.... (Unlikely, but possible.)
Not sure about TB spacers.... aren't those in the same class as "high flow" MAF sensors and those "Tornado" things?
Regardless, I notice a difference in power even on the 87 tune in my truck, and all I have is the K&N drop in filter.

ya know... with all the folks running the U7194 on GM trucks of your model year/vintage, and, all of the consistent reports of gains "beyond expectations" I find this odd --- especially since you choose not to post anything of significance except for the proclamation that you are returning it.
Ditch the throttle body spacer. Make sure your intake ins installed appropriately (no leaks), that your MAF is installed correctly (and that it is the STOCK one), I am beginning to wonder whether there aren't a few more mods "forgotten" to be mentioned here, BTW, and ask specific questions.
Although very close to it, these things DO require a little playing with to extract the maximum potential out of it. Invest a little time and interest, and I think you can get where you want to go.
Lots of folks are willing to help. Give them a chance, or, RETURN IT ALREADY.

Alright. Ya talked me into it. I have the stock mass sensor, so no problem there. The intake was installed where bought. Those work great!! The diablo was installed whre I bouhgt it also. I went back a week later to get it tuned. I got a call from work to go oklahoma. So if ya tell me where I can take the diablo to get tuned, I would give it another shot. I'm in woodward oklahoma

You need to do some data longing on the LTFT's and get them dialed into your truck. Your final result should be 0 to -2 for maximum performance gains. If the LTFT's are reading 5, then you need to adjust your injector slope -5.
