predator download Question

I have a predator tuner plugged it into the wall and have the pc conection but there are no words coming on on the tuner? Trying to download my info to ya'll so you can help me. I have the 99 -02 interface that gives me three options : upload from predator to pcvehicle current file, vehicle backup file, and pc to predator performance file. I click the vehicle to pc and nothing happens? bios 6.01, Hardware rev 1.01, software rev 2.12 Thanks

Sounds like the power supply is not 1000 milliamps.
Make sure the correct power supply is being used and that the center of the plug is positive (+).

Says on the power unit 1000ma, oh It's the VDC It takes 12 this only has 5 ok, I'll change that out and get back with ya'll

OK, 12v vs. 5v would be a problem as well....

when I hit the button to download it tells me that the XMODEM Timeout?
