2004 SRT4 slight hesitation and 20 psi

I just installed the 93 tune and I made a 2nd and 3rd gear passes till redline and I was getting 20psi and there was a slight hesitation. Could it be a surge? Is there a way to set my PSI at a certain level"? My mods are a 55mm Throttle Body, Injen intake, S1, and catback exhaust.

Do you have a WGA??? Should not get 20 psi on the stock WGA... Need some more info here. Do you have a wideband?? What are your plugs at??

I have the stock WGA. I dont have a wideband. What plugs? I am going to do some data logging but i dont have a laptop. Thanks for the response.

Thats a lot of knock... The OL air/fuel is nothing usefull to you.

Your spark plugs.. Also, what octane of fuel are you running?? Hows the tempature from where your from?

Im running 93 octane, its 66 degrees out here and i got irridiums.

what gap on the plugs?? Irridiums are not the best for the car.. Stock champions are good as well as the NGK 4306's. I still dont understand how your getting the 20 spike on the stock WGA.. Are you in a high gear?? What RPM are you at before you get into it?? Did you adjust any parameters on the tune??

I think they come stock with .40. When it spiked to 20 I was in 3rd gear and this was right after I installed the 93 tune. When i did the datalog with the handheld it didnt do it anymore. I havent changed any of the parameters on the unit.

Lower the gap a little.. go to around .35ish. What is it boosting now? How many runs/pulls did you do with the tune??

It is boosting 18-19 falling at redline. I did 2 pulls. What will reducing the gap do? Should i change any parameters?

I put the stock tune back in my car and now I get KNK ST 4.00. I dont know whats going on. its 43 degrees outside.
