1st time usser - Feature not supported message

I Jyst tried to load my 04 Focus SVT for 1st time - I have the "90" - program which is the most recent flased to programer. The FEATURE NOT SUPPORTED ON THIS VEHICLE came up. The CAL-ID on the car was WADA26. Where do I go from here??
