Modifying the Diablo stock tune for a 05 SSR, any advantage?

I have a 05 SSR with a 6.0L LS2 auto tranny and wanted to know if there is any advantage in modifying the Diablo tune that come with my tuner or the stock tune that is in the unit is best suited for the engine, looking to get as much as I can get out of this engine before I decide to make changes to the engine don't care about fuel economy.

The tune provided should be pretty close as it is, but you could attempt to fine tune it by following the LS2/LS4/LS7 tuning guide sticky at the top of the forum.
