Problems w/new predator

just bought a Predator for 2000 f250 7.3L. supplier i bought it from "installed" the 100 hp tune. drove with it, wanted to change it to stock to see the difference. went through all the steps, and it's telling me that it can't save my original backup....uh....wtf? don't get it. tried multiple times and it didn't work. any help is appreciated.

I personally cant help on that on the board, this will need to be addressed on the phone. If you can please call tech support M-F 9-5 @ 800.531.5484 we will be able to help you. Please have the predator plugged in the truck powered up when you call first thing and we will go through the predator and make it work.

is this what i'm going to have to do anytime i want to change tunes? i just heard that this is common among predator users. i was told i will have to "force" the tune every time....and to do so, i have to call? that's just nuts. what a waste.

We are working on an update to address this issue. Once the backup is forced, you should be able to change tunes no problem.
