2009 Challenger 5.7 6spd - some ST knock - thoughts?

Well I had all the fun I can Stand with all of this. Going to back it down to +3 on the rich side and take it easy on her until the catch can comes in...
Alot of wheel spin on this pull and let her rap out through the gears..
Someone somewhere told me You can do this till your blue in face but until you have a catch can your not going to see any real improvments. My face is blue.. The car runs great knk or no knk.. Headers and Cam are next.. Then CMR Tune.. Thanks
