Programmer updating

Just dropping a note per my my dissatisfaction with my Predator hand held programmer. Once again after servicing my trck at the dealer ,my programmer does not recognize my truck. After already paying a fee to a local dealer to update it how many more times and how much more over the purchase price will this product cost me?
There has to be a better way to keep this thing working and continue with regular servicing of my truck. Please advise to how this can be fixed short of having to return it to Diablo along with a reciept from the Ford dealer stating that they indeed flashed my truck's computer during the last service.

This is not an issue with Diablosport, in fact if you should be upset with anyone, it is Ford.
They have had these 6.0 trucks on the road since 03 and are still reflashing them constantly in an effort to get them to run right. There is no choice for us but to keep making new revisions for the tool to keep supporting the new calibration updates from ford. We do not have issues like this with any other make/model that we support.

However, these updates are very simple and free downloads from our website.
If you get the cables and read through the revision update instructions on the downloads page of our website, you should be able to do it in about 5 minutes.
