2005 Mustang GT after Flash, please advise

shortly after I installed the CNL CAI and tune the engine started surging at idle, approximately 100-200 RPM.
any ideas what could be going on?did not do this before.

Also, would it be beneficial to have a custom tune for the flowmaster exhaust and pulleys I installed after the CAI ?

Double check all connections on the CAI to make sure you have no vacuum leaks. This is usually the cause of these types of issues.
There is no need to tune for the exhaust or pullies.
