U7164 120 HP program - 2008 F250 6.4L

Is the 120HP OK to use all the time? I have a Roush cold air intake and Magnaflow 5" exhaust. The DPF is still installed and I often get a code that the DPF is not working at proper threshold.

Cool, I got the email but my PC cable is on back order. I hope to have it soon and I will give it a shot, While I'm waiting for it should I stay stock or what tune?

Ummm you could always get one at radio shack. If you can't wait.
Otherwise I would use the stocker.

I'm all updated and good to go. What is the highest tune that is safe to run for everyday use. As mentioned I have a Roush cold air intake and 5" magnaflow exhaust. I do still have DPF in place.

I would use the 80 HP for daily driving.

160hp tune will make transmission very angry after a while truck run good but trans kind of cant keep up.

Well if brian is gone !!! Then when are we going to have a ford Diesel tuner. It would be nice to have someone that can answer our questions , instead of just giving us some BLOW OFF answers I thought the idea here was to take feedback and make product better. Since Brian went on his way, seems like DS has also. Love the product,but WTF We almost were getting somewhere on the new 6.4 Tuner, seems like since Brian left , We havent really giving a ____ as far as making it better.

Anyway so what is your particular issue Pic? I don't have my computer setup at my house yet so this is why you haven't heard from me.

Not trying to be hard on these guys just looking for some answers on issues that have come up. The first being the transmission shifting on the 160 tune, driving normal trans is ok, when you get on it hard, still have very hard and eratic shifts. question is is this the way it was ment to shift,and if so is it hurting the trans? and are we going to do any fine tunning on this tune? next question i had was the hestitation at low to moderate throttle. If you jump on the gas you have plenty of power, but if your at mid throttle and truck is hesitating,push a little more thottle and truck takes off hard. could this be something else? sticking egr valve or something? has anyone else had these problems? just looking for some answers thats all . I do want to say that DS tuner is by far the best tunner i have ran, I have DS sport stickers all over the truck. When i take guys for a test drive to show off the tunner, I want the truck to run like it should.
