Predator Newb U7145 for 08 Mustang (western intake?)

I am new to the Predator, actually just picked one up used and unlocked, but not the concept as I had a Cobb Accessport for my WRX a few years back (same theory). I have an 08 Mustang GT and I have a Western Motorsports intake on the way, the U7145 supports this correct? For use with the stock MAF?, can I just use a stock intake tune to start with? Might not have time to install the WMS intake for a few weeks so is there a "stock intake" performance tune?

If you are not going to install the western motorsports CAI for a while just run one of the canned tunes that are labeled 87,91 or 93 octane performance tunes. then when you install the CAI switch to WMS CAI tune.

thank you, I picked up a serial cable and updated it today, installed the 87 Octane tune and was surprised at how much better it feels, throttle response especially. Are there "notes" anywhere on what the tunes do, I don't expect all the secrets, but just some light notes on rev limiter, timing, etc...
